On the Eleventh day of Hallowe'en...

I began to decorate the dining room for the my party this weekend, as part of A Fanciful Twist's Halloween Party.

Halloween'd Dining Room
Birds, Cats and Eyeballs
Witch Hazel and Candles

I still have to set the table and so, some of this stuff will be shifted around again, but for now it's just lovely. I may leave it like this all year long.

  6. Totally leave it up all year! =D It will be awesome!

Knowing I've got a wonderfully Witchy blog friend in you cheers me up too. ^-^ As soon as I can get a hold of an owl, I'll send you some tea. ^-^

It's been so wonderful finding all the connections I have via blogger, especially since the Pagan community around where I live isn't exactly thriving or terribly friendly to newcomers...

You & all the others remind me that I'm never really alone, and that means so much to me! Y'all are awesome! ^-^

    XOXO

  9. I'm with you about leaving it up all year. I just love my Hallowoooooonie decos. Makes me smile every time I walk by an area that is decorated. Halloween memories for me are the bestest and now I can see the kiddos doing the same thing. Happy, happy, happy. The Olde Bagg

  11. You are such a halloweeny inspiration! I love the penants (I think that's how you spell it). Did You make them? I love how even the color of your wall brings everything together. ;)

  13. Luckily, the accent wall in our dining room is a feature of our apartment, I didn't even have to paint it! ;) I think you've all convinced me to leave it up all year, not that I needed much of a nudge... haha.

The Harlequin children were a great thrift store that I snagged while we were visiting NJ... it was $10 for the set! We painted the frames black (they were a dirty dingy brown) and added plexiglass as they were open to the elements. I love them!

As for the pennant, it was made for me in a Halloween swap I did over on Craftster. When I saw it, I was so giddy with excitement I couldn't contain myself!
