For me, art has always been a sort of therapy, a way to release and the heal. Making time for my practice each day gives me the opportunity to release any junk and the heal my spirit.
I let my intuition guide me on this piece, just letting it flow out of me and on to the paper. It's not detailed or particularly polished, but when I look at it, I have a deep sense of calm and peace. And that's enough for me.
